2.Q:Where is your company located?How can I visit there?
A:Our company is located in Yangzhou City,Jiangsu Province which is near Shanghai and Nanjing International Airport.It only takes less than 2 hours from Shanghai,1 hour from Nanjing to our company.when you arrive at Shanghai or Nanjing station you can call us by above contact ways.
3.Q:Can you do OEM?
A:Yes,we can do OEM products.Silk screen,hot stamp polychrome printing,laser engraved and hot engravedare no problem.
4.Q:How can I get some samples?
A:We are honored to offer you samples.please contact with us when you are interested in our products,Regarding to the courier cost,you can arrange a RPI(remote pick-up)servise upon Fedex,UPS,DHL,TNT,etc. to have the samples collected,or inform us your collection account.Then you can pay the freight direct to your local carrier company.The samples will be sent out once we get your collection account.However,once package pick up will send you the tracking number.
5.Q:How many days will you finish the production?
A:Usually need 20-30 days.
6.Q:How about the pay terms?
A:L/C,D/A,D/P,T/T,Western Union,MoneyGram,Paypal 30% deposit,70% against copy B/L.

10.What’s the order procedure?
A: First we discuss order details, production details by email or TM. Then we issue you an PI for your /confirm/iation. You will be requested to do pr -epaid full payment or deposit before we go into production. After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. We usually need 7-15days if we don’t have the items in stock. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we start to prepare the shipment for you.
11.How do you take care when your clients received defective products?
A: replacement. If there are some defective items, we usually credit to our customer or replace in next shipment.
12.How do you check all the goods in the production line?
A: We have spot inspection and finished product inspection. We check the goods when they go into next step production procedure.
