Short wave infrared lamp is designed with high heating power, the range of radiation wave is 1.0-1.4μm, it is particularly suited for fast response heating processes. This short wave infrared radiation penetrates more deeply into materials, as they can obtain their full-efficiency within seconds. In addition, a white or gold reflector can be fixed directly on the short wave infrared lamp to improve the energy radiation on the heating materials.

Q8: How to deal with the broken lamps after orders?

A:Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be lessthan 1%.
If there is any breakage during the transport, please take clear photos for the broken products and send the photos to us within 48 hours after receiving the package.
If there is any breakage during the guarantee period, we will send new lamps with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
