Q1: What is your MOQ of bag?
A: Normally our MOQ is 10,000pcs. But we may make the order if your first order cannot reach MOQ. You should know, each order with basic cost average to each piece, so more quantity will be cheaper unit price.

Q3: Can I get samples?
A: yes.
1) if sample from our stock, it is free, and you pay courier. It can be shipped in 3 days.
2) if you want sample of your size and your design, this will be sample cost, and this will take 12
days for production.

Q4: When we create our own artwork design, what kind of format is available for you?
A: The popular format are AI or PDF

Q5: What's your lead time for mass order?
A: Normal production time is about 15 days after we received deposit. But final time will be according to your bag type and quantity.

Q6: How do you ship the products?
A: By sea, by air or by express(DHL, FedEX, UPS, TNT)
