Best solution I have found for chronic "mouse arm"
I have suffered from chronic tendinitis in my elbows for years. It seems to be primarily related to mouse work and having my arm extended to grip the mouse and straining the tendons of the elbow as a result. When I am doing a lot of keyboard work, my left arm will develop issues as well. While I have been through various treatments for the problem, I really needed something that would reduce the strain on the arm, and prevent it from just constantly recurring. The ergo-rest does the job great. Unlike some other static arm supports, it moves with your arm and you can adjust the height and where it supports the arm very easily. I've had mine now for 10+ years and they are just now starting to wear out a little but that certainly speaks well for the durability.
