I.Briquette Machine Description
Coal ball briquette machine is also called roller coal briquette press machine. This machine is first used to press coal into briquettes. With technology improving, the briquette machine could be applied in many fields, like ironing, aluminum recycle, lime stone producing, etc.
II. Working Principle

When materials are fed into chamber between two rollers, briquettes will be fit into two rollers molds rotation towards different directions. And briquettes will be successfully formed when rollers pressure reach highest.
III.Rollers Technology
There are three kinds of rollers material for customer choosing:
1. 65Mn--- 1-2 years service life
2. 9Cr2Mo--- 3-4 years service life
3. Stainless Steel--- 3-4 years service life (resist to corrosion, like binders)
Note: the service life is based on machines run 8-10 hours per day.
Rollers are processed by Thermal Treatment technology.
