This machine function is to pack the welding point by the button steel. it make the button without heat, different like before. the fast and high efficiency features have enjoyed very good popularity in the wrought iron manufacture line.

Application

No need to beat and chamfer the steel, it can forging the steel end to fishtail after heat the steel. The end become winder and thinner, the thickness is no more than 2mm. We named “fishtail” which is superior design before making the scroll pattern. The max forging ability is up to 16x16mm square steel,.16mm round bar, 50x8mm flat steel. It can forging narrow and wide two kind fishtail, Two design in one roller ,so no need change mould always.

TY-DJ20B hydraulic coil rolling machine , it is used for make coil at the end of flat steel, square bar and round bar after heat. It make coil automatically for the fishtail iron material. The coil shape is essential pattern among wrought iron product. So the coil rolling machine is one important machine which suitable for doing wrought iron, decoration,garden and so on.
