Sale of Intelectual patent

My creative designs are thought to be used in the industry and, with the advise of several universities, I protect my creations with the Intellectual property registration, that furnish me the ownership of the patented packaging by its creative, artistic and scientific appearance, and entitle mi as owner of the industrial and literary idea, that is, the literal description of the packaging. This last patent, registered in 2005, consists ofmore or less 40designs of plastic or glass packaging, with metal lid or imitating metal, of the kind “easy open” , similar to the refreshing drinks cans. My intellectual property registration is valid for more than 133 countries, including China , and gives me all the image rights on them, being then able to producing, exhibiting and selling the image that they represent, regardless of the size or colour they have.
