Product Description
This machine is mainly used for spring mattress.
- Auto-lifting table.
- The speed can be set within a certain range and auto-slowdown at the corners.- The corners of the mattress can be adjusted as demand;
- Automatic sensing device to control the motor clutch for easy operation;
- Using the 100m cotton tape (Note:Can be change to 200-500m according to the customer)
- The speed of the Sewing, moving boxes, is using the variable frequency
(range:5~12m/min)
- Motor frequency: 25-60Hz(note: usually the motor frequency is 50Hz,the capacity is 20 piece /hour. It can be changed according to the size of the mattress, the proficiency of the operator)
