1. Machine frame continues Italian machine structure, classic design, avoid motor twisted while high-speed machining. frame is welded seamless by high-quality steel tubes to make sure the performance of machine. All holes of whole machine are processed by high-precision machine-tool, meet with the precision of international machine center, all parts of machine adopt vibration aging treatment, solid and rugged, long-life and no deformation.
2. Adopt China 5.5KW water cooling spindle, 6000~24000RPM, low maintenance cost.
3. Adopt Japan's Panasonic servo drive motor system, with big torque, and equipped with high-precision Taiwan APEX reducer, enhance machine life, high precision, high speed and stable performance.
4. X/Y/Z axis adopts original Taiwan Hiwin linear square guide rail, XY axis drive with German rack pinion transmission, high-speed operation up to 45 m / min, Z-axis adopt Taiwan TBI ball-screw.
5. Use Taiwan SYNTEC high-efficiency control system, multi-window extended and support on line up-grade, standard industrial design, good compatibility with type3/artcam / Castmate/artcut/CAD/CAM and other design software.Can control the completion of multi-dimensional 3D processing, and can do fast,smooth,3d processing, carving and cutting.
6. Auto oil system for the transmission part of the complete machine, extend the service life for each parts.
7. Inverter adopts high-performance inverter, military frequency electronic interference filter system, electrical parts running stable, no electromagnetic interference waves affect the machine to work properly.
8. Patented cavity design vacuum table, no external piping, free maintenance, any partition adsorption, strong adsorption
9. Vacuum suction device adopts domestic 5.5KW air-cooled oil-free vacuum pump, vacuum up to 0.8MPa. Different from the traditional water-cooled vacuum suction device, quick and easy maintenance, small footprint.
10. Standard machining centers dedicated high flexibility shielded cable up to 800 million times the reciprocating motion, soft metal cable sheath. Avoid cable injury due to pressure or touched.
