NEOPRENE SHEETS LAMINATED WITH FABRICS
·NYLON- 100% 70D Nylon, standard lamination, provides soft, smooth, good stretch.
Advantages:
Nylon can display excellent abrasion resistance, high durability with good elongation and resilience. Nylon can resist most strong bases, dilute acids, solvents, insects, fungi and mildew.
Limitations:Nylon is soluble in strong acids
·POLYESTER- Good for UV fastness on car seat and other outdoor covers,
Advantages:
Polyester can offer good resistance to weathering and abrasion. It has low creep and good electrical insulation properties. It is resistant to acids, alkalis and basic industrial solvents
Limitations:Polyester readily absorbs oil and dirt
·LYCRA- 15% Spandex/85% Nylon, high stretch, shiny and smooth surface.
·ANTI-MICROBIAL- Laminated with Nylon or Polyester fabrics that are processed with a special formulated anti-microbial treatment. The fabrics are anti-mildew/mildew-resistant and are anti-bacterial.
·SUPER STRETCH- Laminated with 4 way super stretch Nylon or UBL fabrics, super soft and comfortable, with a high amount of stretch.
·GRID MESH-Superabrasion resistancenylon withspecialgridstructure, use for fishing hunting suit.
·TERRY- 100% Nylon, shiny low pile loop.
·U.B.L.- Unbroken loop fabrics, provide high stretch and hook compatible durability.
·U-LOOP- Low pile loop fabric, hook compatible.
