1.How to reject unqualified product?
There are two modes. One is to stop with alarm until the unqualified product is taken away manually. The other is to reject it automatically by a rejection mechanism (pushing/ swing/ sliding, blowing) which is equipped at the end of conveying belt via a signal from the checkweigher.
2.Is it possible to add checkweighers to the present packaging line? Will there be connecting problems?
It will be no problem to equip our checkweigher with your present packaging line. The conveying height is customizable.
3.How’s the accuracy?
The accuracy illustrated in the technical specification is for your reference. But the accuracy is also related to product length and speed. We will confirm it to you for specific requirement.
4.What is the payment term and delivery time for the machine?
It is stipulated that 30% advance by T/T as down payment to start manufacturing, and the balance should be paid off before machines being shipped out of factory. Regarding the delivery time, generally, it takes 15-20 days after down payment. It depends on specific orders.
