GOWIN MODEL 1025 HYDRAJETfiber optic cable blowing machine powered by HYDRAULIC POWER APCK FITTED WITH Honda GX270 petrol engine installs optical fiber cable into plb Ducts using high powered air compressor of capacity 350 to 400CFM 10 Kg/ bar , it's light weight design and simple operating mechanisms ensures safe installation of OFC into HDPE ducts sizes from 32 , 40 and 50 mm. ( any customised size can be supplied )
Machine comes with all accessories and tools for the cable blowing work site including Cable U seals and spares. The suitably designed cable rubber pads catching the surface of the cable and drives it into the ducts ,the cable rubber pads where designed in such a way that it does not damage the cable at an abnormal blowing conditions . Machine can beshut down by just turn off the controll lever in an unsafe conditions .
A normal diesel driven trolley mounted air compressor of capacity 350 to 400 CFM and 10 Kg/ bar rated pressure with after cooler attachments is required to install cable along with this hydraulic powered cable blowing Machine.
Cable Blow speed and blown cable length can be read from the digital panel fitted with the Machine .
the Machine can be tilted from ground horizantal position upto 45 degress as per duct feed directions,
Machine runs at an velocity of 65 to 80 meters per minute at normal ducting conditions . If the duct conditions abnormal environment the blowing speed may get little less.
Its always good start installation of OFC after conducting duct integrity test and passes all the required tests passed ensures speedy installation of OFC .Company Information
