DU series Vacuum Rubber Belt Filter is a high automatic and new-type solid-liquid separation machine, using vacuum negative pressure as impetus to separate the solid and the liquid. Filter cloth only allows the liquid and the air to flow through but not the solid . The filter district can finish the procedure of filtering, residue unloading and filter cloth cleaning with high efficiency, high output, good rinsing effect, low moisture, smart operation and low repair cost.
(1) The equipment can accomplish the process of feeding, cake washing, filtration, cake discharging andcloth
washing continuously.
(2) The mother filtrate and other washing filtrate can be collected in different subsection.
(3) It is easy to transport and assemble this kind of equipment because of the modular structure.
(4) Vacuum system has a lifting device for the replacement of friction belt.
(5) We owe the patent of cloth washing device. Cleaning nozzles are products of US company.
(6) Circular rubber belt has an excellent flexibility and long service life.
(7) There is a circular friction belt between vacuum box and the rubber belt, which is sealed, lubricated and cooled
