A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q: What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample for free if we have them in stock, but the customers have to pay the courier cost. If there is none in stock, the customers have to pay both the samples cost and the courier cost.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: Payment<1000 USD, 100% in advance. Payment>1000 USD, 30% T/T in advance, 70% balance before shippment.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 5-10 days after receiving your advance payment if the goods are in stock. Or it is 15-40 days after receiving your advance payment if the goods are not in stock. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
