1.What’s the MOQ ?
Currently we have 300+ moulds of luggage, our MOQ is 100-200 pieces per color and size, and usually we suggest clients to place order based on 1 container quantity, 1*40HQ load 580 sets of 20’’+28’’+28’’ 3pcs and 1*20GP load 240 sets, to load in container which shipping by sea is the most economic and cheapest way for clients!
2.Payment terms ?
T/T 30% deposit+ 70% balance Against B/L copy. L/C, O/A, Alibaba trade assurance online,etc. 3.How about sample ?
For stock sample, we can provice free sample and send out in 1 day. If not have in stock, need to arrange
sample making upon the receipt of sample fee, which is fully refundable in mass orders. For regular sample, fastest lead time 2 working days; for customize sample, fastest lead time 7 working days. 4.Customize service ?
We have own designers, OEM/ODM service accepted, and we also do many customize projects for our customers! You can just share ideas, our teams will make the design picture according to your ideas, then send to you for /confirm/iation, finally make ideas to real products. Lead time is round 35-45 days according to production seasons and order quantity
7.Warranty policy ?
Normally we give one year warranty. We have experienced and strictly inspecting QC team, all products got enough tested before shipping out. If our customers receive the goods with quality problems, except for human damage, we must compensate in next orders.8.Are you factory or trading company ?
We are leading luggage factory providing OEM/ODM service. Factory base has more than 10000 square meters with 130+ skillful workers. Customization is accepted and we also have independent R&D teams which can create new models to help for market occupation.
