Founded in 2001 with its headquarters in Guangzhou, the company,employing over 1,400 staff, established around 100 direct sales outlets with network coverage in the major industrial cities nationwide and generates 800 Million(RMB) in annual revenue.Folangsi completed internal shareholding reform since March 2011, and participated in domestic capital market operation by obtaining Series A round venture capitcal from Shenzhen Xinyu in July 2011, Series B round from Eastern Bell venture Capital in July 2013, Series B+ round from Richen Capital in October 2015, Series C round from Fortune Capital & Zhuhai Qianheng Investment in Jan.2017. 3-years of pre-listing tutoring will be ending in 2016, the company is expecting to be China's first forklift aftermarket enterprise going public.
