Product Application
The line is composed of extruder,batch roller,rope sizer,lollipop forming machine,transporting belt and cooling tunnel,the forming dies for the lollipops are in a clamping style,and it is equipped with automatic stick insertion.the lollipops are transported to the colling tunnel via a vibrate distributor in which the lollipop can be least de-formed,and can keep the smooth of the surface.the one production line can install 2 sets of BBJ-II ball type lollipop wrapping machine.

Main Features
1)Adopt double screw revolve to extrude the material,make the bubble gum even,keep center-filled material of the bubble gum even and consistent. Simple structure in linear type ,easy in installation and maintation.
2) Adopt frequency converter,make the plant work consistently.
3) Forming mould use pressing board type,ensure the candy forms satiation,and stick position accurate.
4) Use the waggling sieve to cool and convey lollipop,avoid the candy shape from distortion and stick accurate.
