The JC-350 hard candy production line is mainly used to produce various kinds of hard candy, such as different shapes, center-filled, doulbe color. It is also an ideal equipment which can produce out good quality products with the saving of both the manpower and the space occupied.
The production line includes the following machines:1, dissolve tank 2,syrup pump 3,storage tank 4, continues vacuum cooker 5,cooling table 6,jam pump 7,batch roller 8,rope size 9,hard candy forming machine 10,dust suction machine 11, sieving sugar conveyor 12,cooling tunnel.

Main Features
1) Adopt four rollers to run in the same speed and direction,make the confection even,and keep the jam in the center of candy.
2) Adopting several pulling wheel group to make the candy strip even,and convenient for forming.
3) Adopt the forming theory of acentric mould core type,make the forming result perfectly.
4) Adopt refrigeration technique,cool the formed candy swiftly for packing.
