PP/PVC lamella tube settlers media (Hexagonal honeycomb inclined tube packing ) is mainly used for various sedimentation and sand removal in sewage water treatment. It is the most widely used water treatment device in water supply and drainage engineering in recent ten years. It has the advantages of wide application range, high treatment effect and small occupation area. Main Features of PP/PVC lamella inclined/straight tube packing for sewage water treatment
Characteristics of inclined tube packing1. Large wet cycle, small hydraulic radius.2. Laminar flow state is good, and particle deposition is not disturbed by flocculation flow.3. When the inclined pipe is 1 meter long, the effective load is designed as 3-5 tons/meter 2. The effluent water will reach top quality if V0 is controlled within 2.5-3.0 mm/s.4. When the honeycomb inclined pipe is installed at the water intake and the pipe is 2.0 ~ 3.0 meters long, it works well in such high turbidity as 50-100 kg/m 3 mud and sand content.5. The processing capacity of the inclined pipe settling tank is 3-5 times that of the horizontal flow settling tank, and 2-3 times that of the accelerated settling tank and the pulse settling tank.Characteristics of straight tube packing: 1. The treatment efficiency is higher than that of activated sludge method. The general hydraulic load is 100-200 m3/ m2• day, and the organic load is 2000-5000 g/m3,which reduces the floor area.2. The aeration intensity is lower than the activated sludge method, and the sludge backflow is not required, so the power consumption can be reduced and the management can be simplified.3,Less sludge, less sludge dehydration and less post-treatment workload.4. The sludge generated has good settling ability, which benefits the removal of suspended matter afterward.5. Strong adaptability. It could be used in a wide range of water quality and it has strong endurance to sudden change of load and quality of water quantity, which helps to keep stable treatment effect
