Q1. What is the packing?
A: It depends on the products. Generally, we use our usual packing (3ply inner box and 5ply outer box).
    If you want customized packing please let us know. 
    (Logo and shipping mark are accepted, you could send us details)

Q2. What are the payment terms?
A: 1.T/T 50% deposit in advance, and 50% balance before delivery. 
(The photos of the products and packing will be sent to you before the balance.)
    2.100% L/C.

Q3. What are the price terms?
A: Qty less than one container goes with EXW price (deliver at factory).
    Qty up to one container or more goes with FOB price (deliver at Guangzhou/Foshan port).

Q4. How long will the delivery lead time take?
A: Generally, it takes 45 to 60 days after deposit /confirm/ied. The certain time depends on the items and the qty of the order.

Q5. Could you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we could produce according to your samples or blueprint/drawings. You could provide us a sample if possible and details blueprint/drawings.
We could open moulds for free, if you place a large order. If order small, you shall pay for moulds cost.

Q6. What is the sample policy?
A: One sample is available, and we charge double/three times for sample fee and the freight at your expense. Q7. Do you do inspection before delivery?
A: Of course, we do close inspection.
