Main Features:

3) A snugly fitted race of 1/4″ ball bearings provides strength and stability while giving smooth operation.
4) 360 degree easy rotations.
5) only 5/16″ thick and can be recessed into surfaces which will reduce space to 1/8″ (Also can be inverted).

6) Single piece construction, pre-assembled so there is no contact under load except through the rolling balls.
