Aluminum Composite Panel is a composite panel consisting of two aluminium cover sheets and a plastic core. The superb properties of this material boost one’s inspiration and offer architecture a whole new range of solutions - whether your project is aresidential orpublic building, a corporate headquarter, an office building, a trading or industrial complex - or if your organisation wants to create a new image-building Corporate Design - whether for petrol stations, car showrooms, banks or supermarkets.
PERFORMENCE OF THE ALUMINUM COMPOSITE PANEL
During decades of use in a rear-ventilated cladding system, PRANCE® protects the building from weathering and the harmful effects caused by industrial and environmental pollution.
An external cladding system using PRANCE® acts as a barrier against solar radiation. The ventilated space between the PRANCE® panels and the wall or the thermal insulation reduces the heat transmission.
The rear-ventilated cladding system using PRANCE®, protects the wall of the building from high and rapid temperature changes. Moisture can pass through the wall. The building structure keeps dry.Protective foilTo avoid residuals of glue sticking to the surface of the panels due to UV radiation, it is recommended to remove the protective foil as soon as possible after the installation.The protective foils and the panel surfaces must not be marked using ink (marker), adhesive tapes or stickers, as the lacquered surfaces could be damaged by solvents or plasticizers.Make sure to remove the protective foil as soon as possible after installation as weathering for a longer period could make the foil difficult to remove.
INSTALLATION
Please note:

-- The maximum permissible temperature of the material (PRANCE® panels) must not exceed 70 °C when applying fast-drying methods.
During the drying process at high temperatures the panels must be
positioned with great care to prevent deforming.

-- PRANCE® cut edges should not be in contact with organic solvents
for a longer period to avoid weakening the bond.

-- PRANCE® panels lacquered at a later stage should not be bent
or folded. The lacquer in the bends or folds may be damaged due to
the low elasticity of the top coat.

-- Upon request, we can name you lacquer suppliers who are able to
apply lacquer that can be bent and folded.

-- only inferior lacquer adhesion can be achieved on core material
exposed
at cut edges.

-- Please make a test prior to lacquering and follow the instructions of the lacquer suppliers.Other installation method
