What is MDF Wardrobe Coated With PVC?
MDF wardrobe coated with PVC is a economic wardrobe for middle and low incoming families as well as temporary use and apartment.
It use 15mm thickness MDF(middle density fiberboard) as the face and side board while the backboard use 4mm thickness MDF. 
It can be engraved on the face, so there are many shapes can be carved as customers choose or design.
It coated with PVC that make it durable and waterproof as well as anti-scratch.

Process&Service
OUR MAIN PRODUCTS:
1, wardrobes, all the wardrobes use the AAA grade 15 millimeter thickness MDF board and surface treatment are PVC covered, while side parties are scratch-proof color paper sticked.The wardrobe size can be 2 door 80cm width 50cm depth and 200cm height or big size which width is 100cm. the color and design can be chosen by customer's requirements as well as designs.3 door size can be 120cm width 50cm depth and 200cm height or big size which width is 150cm.4 door size can be 160cm width 50cm depth and 200cm height or big size which width is 200cm and height is 210cm.6 door wardrobe size is 240cm width 50cm depth and 220cm height.Another cheap design for wardrobe is the depth squeezed to 40cm, while save the material to reduce the cost of each wardrobe.
2,bed, bed is also use AAA grade 15mm thickness MDF board as the skeleton while the headboard is laminated board which is 25mm thickness. Bed size can be queen size or king size, or customized to 90cm or 100cm width. The head of the bed can be decorated by PU leather or PVC flowers, also the bed can be with air leg which has storage function or without.
3, dresser, The dresser is always with mirror and PU covered stool, which design and color can be customized to match wardrobe design, the size of dresser can be small from 80cm width to bigger 120cm width according to customer's requirements.
4,chest drawers and bed side table, bedside table always has 2 drawers and chest drawers can be 3 4 5 drawers.
5,shoes cabinet, pvc wooden panel shoes cabinet is a cheap and durable shoes storage cabinet for living room, which has door design which plastic doesn't have , and prevent from humidity in the wet weather as well as dust proof in the drying weather.
6, Kitchen base cabinet and wall cabinet and kitchen floor base combined cupboards. The kitchen stand cabinet can put kitchenware in it and also can be with sink on it to wash dishes.Kitchen wall cabinet which hang on the wall to put some dry food and kitchenware as well.
7, bookshelf, we do book case for putting books as well, which can be used in home or office.
8, TV stand cabinet and other customized home cabinet are also welcomed .

Packing&Installation
Installation Instructions:
      When you receive the goods,please see the packing list details,this model have how many cartons,just like this wardrobe,total 2 cartons for one set,put this 2 cartons together,open it to see this drawings and install according to this drawing step by step,see the board holes and identify the accessories,all the installations of products do as this steps ,firstly install small drawers,secondly the products frame,thirdly the products back part board,and finally the products door 


step 1 : install drawers,find small board 1-2-3-4,find right accessories to combine, two pcs of drawers make its ready 

step 2 : install bottom stand,find small board 1-2-3-4 ,no.3 top big board,1-2 side board,4 middle board,find right accessories to combine
step 3 : install left part frame ,find no.5-6-7-8-9 board,first find no.5 board use AB accessories to comine with bottom stand,find no.8 combine with bottom stand and install drawer sliding rail ,find no.7 no.9 combine with no.5 board, finally find no.6 board install sliding rail and clothes rail to combine with all other part
step 4 :install right part frame,find no.10-11-12-13 shelf board, find no.11-12-13 board combine with no.10 board,finally use AB accessories make no.10 board and bottom stand together
step 5 : install top line part,find no.14 board combine with no.5-6-10 board ,use no.15 top line to fit it together with no.14 board
step 6 : install the back board and top line,the back part board inside surface color is different from the wardrobe surface
step 7 : find no.16-17 board ,3 pcs door board,use right hingesand accessories to make door and frame together
step 8 : finish wardrobe installation
