(1)automatic rim roll cake cup machine the main system be controlled by Mitsubishi PLC,The lower die’s reciprocating motion is carried out by the AirTAC cylinder,The type of material for the lead rail is Tai Wan HIWIN precision parts,Ensured machine’s system stability and die’s accuracy of positioning;
(2)Machine’s main execute component is Japanese Omron’ relays,the pneumatic components are the original products of AirTAC;
(3)Machine install one sets of mold,it can press 15-18 times / minutes ( according the products’ sizes to set in system),apply to produce the round rim roll cups between bottom diameter 32mm height 30mm to the bottom diameter 300mm height 35mm,Also can produce the rectangle,square,oval,etc shape rim roll cups;
(4)Machine is fully automated,the material system can be filled with round pieces of paper 5000-8000pcs,machine takes paper automatically,it can automatically run for about 6 hours after adding paper each time,system automatically collect cups,In normal state,an employee can take care of 4-6 machines;
(5)The machine uses three phases AC380V,power is 5kw,The air demand of air supply cannot less than 2m3/min
(6)The material better should be 120-180g’s oil proof paper or PE coated paper or cardboard.
