Induction Heating Machine:
Induction heating equipment is widely used in metal hardware and tools heat treatment, all kinds of hardware brazing welding, mechanical parts and automobile and motorcycle accessories quenching, stainless steel annealing demagnetization, heat red through the heart and pushing the elbow and some special partly heating, metals and alloys melting and so on.
According to the different parts, it can be local heating, internal hole heating, or the overall heating, surface heat treatment or the overall diathermy, the maximum temperature can up to 1500-2500 ℃.
Main Applications:
Big metal parts/bars/rods heating, quenching, hardening, annealing, tempering, normalizing, copper brazing ,silver brazing etc.
All kinds of metallic materials' heating treatments:
Quenching/Hardening for big shafts, gears, standard bolts/rods/nuts
Surface hardening, induction heating hardening, steel pipe induction heating, induction annealing machine.

2. Superaudio Frequency:30KHZ-100KHZ. It can be applied widely , such as diathermancy, smelting and heat treatment;
3.High- Frequency:10KHZ-40KHZ.It is fit for heat treatment and heating of the fine workpieces.
4.Ultrahigh Frequency: 100KHZ-300KHZ. It is fit for heating of the workpieces and heat treatment.
