1. How about the LCL order and FCL order?
LCL means that the total quantity of the order can't reach a full 20ft container,FCL means the total quantity can reach 20ft,40ft or 40hq container.
2. How about the delivery term?
We can accept EX-WORK,FOB,CNFdelivery term,just please let us know your requirement.
3. Can I negotiate the unit price?
Yes,we may consider discounts for multiple container load of mixed goods or bulk orders of individual products.
4. How long will it take to execute my order?
This depends on the quantity and complexity of the order.Please let us know the quantity and items number,so that we can advise a production schedule.
5. Can you give warranty of your products?
Yes,we can supply 5 years warranty for our office chair and 2 years warranty for massage chairs.For the overseas orders,please provided e-mails with details including pictures or videos. We will send replacements(such as castors,screws,plastic pad of base)at our cost to repair the products in some coming orders.
