Q1. What is your terms of packing ?
A: Generally, we pack goods in polybag for each, then more pcs into box and 2 boxes into brown carton finally. However , we can pack the goods in your branded boxes as long as you have legally registered patent .Q2. What is your terms of payment ?
A: T/T 50% as deposit, and 50% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.Q3. What is your terms of delivery ?
A: EXW, FOB, C&F, CIF, DDU…..Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 20-30 days after received your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the products type and the quantities of your order .However , it will be faster if you love our existing model ,and adjust that based on ours .Q5. Can you produce according to the samples ?
A: Sure, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the moulds .Q6. What is your sample policy ?
A: We supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, customers need to paythe courier cost.Q7. Do you test all your goods before delivery ?
