A commission generally of 10% VAT included must be paid by the seller on the price set out in the mandate to sell inclusive of the DDS: DIGS resale right no. 118 of 13/02/2006.
The payment of proceeds will be liquidated net of commissions and possible expenses, about 40 days after the collection of the sale except for good purpose provided that there were no claims relating to the goods. The remaining unsold goods will be made available to the mandator within 90 days from the date of the mandate to sell unless a reduction of minimum reserve prices is agreed with "Galleria Pace" and more time necessary to carry out other sales attempts shall be allowed (including private deals).READING THE ARTWORKS' FORMS

Under the entry "Provenance/Source" are listed the stamps and the labels of the Galleries and Collections applied at the back of the paintings.SALES CONDITIONS
1. The sales of the paintings that "Galleria Pace" offers are made cash ready.
2. The proposed works will be exhibited in the gallery and the sales manager will be available for any clarification. The purpose of the exhibition is to be able to examine the quality of the objects and to ascertain errors or inaccuracies in filling out the form. Complaints in this regard are no longer accepted after the conclusion and related payment of the works in question.
3. The works offered for sale are authentic and exactly attributed. For any dispute in this regard to be decided between a consultant of "Galleria Pace" and an expert with the same qualifications designated by the customer can be claimed no later than 20 days from the purchase. Furthermore, "Galleria Pace" assumes no responsibility other than that deriving from its status as agent with representation pursuant to art. 1704 et seq. cc.
4. A valid recognized claim leads to the simple repayment of the sum exactly paid, excluding any other claim. After the deadline mentioned above, every responsibility of "Galleria Pace" ceases. The buyer must pay the amount of the work purchased within the next 48 hours.
5. Shipment of the lots at risk of the applicant contractor with expenses to be paid by the recipient (pursuant to article 1737 of the Civil Code), on request we can insure the items shipped with expenses charged to the recipient. In the case of works / objects of large size or weight, agreements will be made from time to time.
6. For objects submitted to the State Notification, pursuant to art. 2, 3 and 5 of the Law 1-6-39, n. 1089, buyers are required to comply with all the laws in force on the subject in Italy.
This regulation is automatically accepted by those who purchase works from "Galleria Pace". For each dispute is established the jurisdiction of the Court of Milan, Italy.Sales director:
