GD.FAST waterproof coating is a two-component waterproofing material , adopts high-performance modified synthetic emulsion and inorganic powder such as cement. This product consists of adhesive and powder, which will form a viscous coating after well mixed. The product has high solid content, and easy to apply, can brushing, wiping, roller coating and be applied to wet base layer. After being applied for 3~4 times, it is cured into a rubbery waterproof layer. The waterproof membrane formed by the product has the advantages of high strength, high elasticity, waterproof, impermeability and aging resistance; it can be used for wet base layer, convenient construction, brushing, wiping and roller coating. The coating is white in color and can be formulated in a variety of colors.

Method of Application



When the waterproof coating is used, it is only necessary to mix the components A and B in a mixed ratio and use them. Pour the component A into the mixing tank of the matching B component liquid, and stir well with a power agitator until it is evenly agglomerated. Allow to stand for 5-10 minutes and then stir for not less than 30 seconds. Use a paint brush or a spatula to divide the stirred mortar into 2-3 layers and apply it evenly across the wet construction surface. The first layer is recommended to be applied by brushing, and the second layer can be applied twice by brushing or apply the smudge method again. The interval of eachlayer is about 2-3 hours, and the next layer can start when the coating is dry. The coating shall be even and thin. It shall be repaired in time if there is leakage coating, damage and exposed bottom. The subsequent protective layer or decorative surface layer shall be applied after the waterproof layer is completelycured to reach the required strength.



Attentions1.The construction base should reach sufficient strength and curing period. The absorbent base layer should be fully wetted with water to a construction temperature of 5 ° C to 35 ° C.2.Avoid sun exposure, rain wash and strong wind.3.It must be used within 2 hours. When the construction gap is long, it is recommended to re-mix before reuse, to avoid slurry precipitation, and the confined slurry should not be used.4.It is strictly forbidden to step on it within 24 hours after construction to avoid bumps, hard objects scratching, impact,etc..This product contains cement. Please pay attention to protect your eyes when using it. If you accidentally get into the eyes, please wash immediately with water and go to hospital.
