2.How can I change hepa filter of fan filter unit?
Dear,you need clamp up to the ceiling,and hang up the FFU,take the dirty HEPA filter out.
Then put new HEPA filter in,put FFU cabinet.
3.What’s the HEPA filter efficiency,I want to use ULPA filter,what can I do?
Standard type HEPA filter for FFU is H13:99.99% 0.3um Or H14:99.999% 0.3um.
