BienStone100% Acrylic is compound of MMA and ATH. It is compatible with any environmental conditions due to its excellent strength, bending, hardness, impact resistance and anti-water. It has the advantage to be free from deterioration by ultraviolet rays.BienStoneTM 100% Acrylic is compound of MMA and ATH. 1. Compositon: PMMA+ATH+PIGMENT
2.Strong Points: High glossy. Good bending performance. suitable to all kinds of climates. Chemical resistance. It is good for fabrication because of less dust caused.
3.Heat Resistance:10 mins for hot pot(180degree ), slight yellow mark may appear and can be removed by 1000# sanding paper
4. Stiffness: Harder than wood and less harder than naural marble.Barcol hardness is more than 58.
5.Scrach Resistance: No scratch for normal use. No cutting directly on it by knife.
6.Usage:Do Special form like column,pollar;Countertops,vanity tops, tables,reception desk, wash basins & bowls, shower trays,wall panels.
