Technical Parameters
The auto stacking unit mainly consists of steel frame, 2D transporter, basket positioning system.
1. The steel frame is positioned over the inspection table, made of steel profile, with tracks mounted on top for the travelling
of the transporter.
2. The 2D transporter has three parts. The top part on top of the steel frame is travelling unit, for the lateral movement; the
bottom part below the steel frame is the lifting unit, it can lift up the profile with designed maximum weight; the guiding
unit ensures the stability and accuracy of the lifting movement.
3. The spacer distribution unit separates the spacers and place them at the designated locations under the profiles.
4. The basket positioning system, with 2 sets of basket rollers, and each set of roller rails has two locations, one for
lifting, the other for stacking. The basket first gets moved to the lifting locations, then transferred to the stacking
location by the rollers; after stacking is completed, it travels back to the lifting location, and gets lifted away.
5. Pallet transportation system: composed of a series of rollers to send baskets/pallets to basket stacker or empty baskets to
waiting zone.
6. Pallet stacker: The baskets/pallets can be lifted and put into 3 layers before entering into aging oven.7. Empty basket transportation system. The empty baskets return way is installed on top of the saw rollers. The empty baskets are
lifted in upper position and transferred to gauge table zone then put onto aging oven roller-way through lifting systemProduct Images

1. What's the delivery time of your aluminum extrusion machine?


For ordinary small-sized machine such as saw, 30 days;
middle-sized machine such as heating furnace, 45-50 days, for big-sized machine such as cooling system/profile handling system, 60
days. We could also design and make the whole production line for our customer, around 3-6 months.
