1. What is your MOQ for your products?
Usually our MOQ is 200pcs, small qty is more expensive. 2. What influenced the price?
Each DIY design product price is strong influenced by material, qty, size, accessory, logo, color, so more detail you give us, more accurate price you can get.3. Can I get samples?
Sure. We can send the samples for free, but customer should pay for the freight cost. It will cost some sample charge for custom designs, but it is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.4. How to make sure the order was proceeded according to my request?
We will confirm every production details with you before mass production. And when the production finished, you may indicate a QC to carry out the final inspection, or our QC will carry out the final inspection and send you the photos and inspection report under your request.5. Is OEM/ODM order possible?
Yes. OEM/ODM order is welcomed. If a new mould needs to be setup, the mould charge will be on your account, which is refundable when your order quantity exceeds 10000pcs. 6. How many colors are available?
We can do custom colors as your special request. So any Pantone color is available. You just need to tell me your favorite Pantone color #.
7. What is the payment term if I want to place an order?
T/T 30% as deposit while order /confirm/ied,then we will start the production, and balance pay before shipping after inspection.8. What about the after-sale service?
