Features
1.The gluing and edge banding part adopts the lower-mounted hot glue box and the double-screw type glue feeding structure, which ensures the convenient feeding and uniform coating of the glue.
2.The end trimming part is used to trim the excess edge banding material at the front and rear ends of the edge-banding panel. The frequency conversion high-speed motor and contouring are used to ensure the smooth and tidy cut surface.
3. The roughing trimming part is used to repair the excess edge banding material on the upper and lower parts of the edge-banding panel. The frequency conversion high-speed motor and contouring is adopted to ensure the smoothness of the upper and lower parts of the trimmed plate.
4.The fine trimming part is used to repair the excess sealing material on the upper and lower parts of the edge-banding panel. The frequency conversion high-speed motor and contouring are used to ensure the smoothness and tidyness of the upper and lower parts during trimming.
5. The scraping part is to eliminate the ripple marks caused by the non-linear motion of the trimming, so that the upper and lower parts of the panel could become smoother and tidier.
6. The horizontal slotting device is used for linear slotting of the side panel, which reduces the cutting process and is convenient and quick.
7.The back panel slotting device is used for linearly slotting the back plate, which reduces the cutting process and is convenient and quick.
8.The buffing part is used to clean the finished panel and buff it with a cotton buffing wheel.

8.Grooving is a optional function for edge banding machine. It's used to slot out one groove on panel to install glass, back panel etc.
