FAQ
Shrink Film Flatulence： Hot Air Is Retained In The Shrinkable Film
Solutions:
1. to increase ventilation hole number, to accelerate the air leak from the shrink film
2. Conveyor speed --to slow down the packaging machine, so that the hot air has a longer time from shrink leaking
3. adjustable high machine temperatures to help the air leak from the film.
Atomization: Shrink film surface becomes blurred, like a mist
 Solutions:
1.Reduce the shrink tunnel temperature, the temperature is too high so cause shrinkage film atomization;
2. Increase Conveyor speed of shrink tunnel, reduce the time of contact heating;



Weak sealing line: Sealing line is easy to damage or the emergence of small holes.

 Solutions: 

Turn down the temperature of sealing blade;
The sealing line height is wrong. The line should be posited in the middle of the height;
The pressure of the sealing blade frame is not even, should adjust the horizontal position of the frame;
The heating blade and the sealing base may dirty, should clear the two parts.

Fisheye problem: Shrink film surface appears fisheye like wrinkles.
Solutions: 
The temperature of the shrink tunnel is too low, turn up the temperature;
The speed of the conveyor is too fast, turn down the speed;
The circulation wind volume of the shrink tunnel is too low, turn up the circulation wind.

Fine wrinkles: Corner and edge series of wrinkles in the contraction film.
Solutions:
There are too many holes on the film. The air on the film goes too fast, so the film can’t shrink enough, reduce the holes;
The speed of the conveyor is fast, so reduce the speed;
The temperature of the shrink tunnel is too low, turn up the temperature;
The circulating wind of shrink packaging machine is too low, can make the circulating wind up.

Dog ear：Shrink film in packaging angle triangle protrusion.
Solutions:
 The plastic bag is big and made it smaller;
 The speed of the conveyor is too fast, turn down the speed;
The circulation wind volume is too big, reduce the wind volume;
The temperature of the shrink tunnel is too slow; you can turn up the temperature.

The sealing position error: The position of the sealing line is halfway to the packing height.
Solutions:
The height of the sealing conveyor is wrong; adjust the height to suitable position;
The height of the sealing frame is wrong. Adjust the height to suitable position;
The circulation wind direction is wrong, adjust the wind direction;
The sizes of the bag is too big, make the bag smaller.
