A:We inspect every step of production from basic materials to finished products. And not only regard as our partners with these big-name buyers, we've also passed their factory audits. And we passed through the quality control system of ISO 9001.Q:Is there a minimum order size?
A:The MOQ is 300 pcs per style, per color.



Q: Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?
A: Yes, we provide free samples.Q: How long will I expect to receive the sample?
A: Depend on the color and quantities. If the samples are in stock, we will send it out 2 days after we receive your requirements. If the samples are out of stock or need the customized color, it will take 2-4 weeks. Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: Depend on what’s the carrier you choose. Great Yo will demand the samples for free, but customer has to pay the freight. Normally express will take 3-7 days, airfreight will take 4-7 days.Q: What is your payment term?
A: Our payment term is 70% of the total order amount for the deposit before start manufacture the order, rest of the order balance has to receive before the products sends out. We can accept T/T 60 days, cash or PayPal. Q: What about the transportation and delivery date?
A: After finished the products, we will send the cartons to the port based on what customer/forwarder’s requirement. The delivery date is based on customer’s requirements, all the quotation we gave are FOB price (not include the freight).Q: Do you accept small order?
A: Yes, we do accept small order. But if the order quantities are lower than 100 pieces, we will start to manufacture after we receive the all order’s amount. Q: When can I get the price?
A: Normally we will send the quotation within 24 hours. In special condition, it might take extra 24 hours for more information getting from our supplier. Q: How long does the whole procedure being worked out?
A: It depends on what’s the product you order. Normally it would be 45-75 days depend on the season you place the order and how complicated the order is. For any emergency order, please let us know in advance, we will try our best to help.Q: Where are your products from?
A: All products are manufacture in Tainan, Taiwan. All rubber material is from Taiwan, Polycarbonate material from Korea, TR-90 is from France. Q: How do I make my order?
A: Simply just place the order via Alibaba or by email, we will have a purchase order send to you, sign it back and T/T the 70% of deposit. We will start the manufacture process.Q: What are our advantages?
