Plastic centrifugal plastic dryer for pp pe film washing line This machine was waste plastic friction washing dewatering machine,it is main equipment in plastic recycling line.After float washing tank,the flakes will have much water,before into hot air dryer and storage silo,we need to use this machine high speed rotor to remove dirty water for flakes.
It can used to plastic bottle/lump/pallet/bucket/drum/barrel/container flakes etc.Operating principleMaterial will be feed on machine top,Rotor shaft with 1500 RPM High speed spin.Dirty water will be drain out by machine inner screen ,Screen made by Stainless steel and use 3 mm diameter .We welding two water pipe on the machine inner which was used to clean screen,it is easy for worker to maintain machine.
