LT850 is a sort of hydraulic, rigid and inorganic composite material after high-grade compound formulation. Instruction
1. The surface should be clean, dry and strong without loose part. The substrate should be cleaned thoroughly. Before application of the compound the substrate should be applied by proper primer. When the primer is absorbed and the substrate is in a half-dry state, Start self leveling construction.
2. First, mix in the mixing ratio of 25KG powder per 6.5KG water. Pour clean water into a suitable container, then add self-leveling cement while stirring vigorously until uniform viscous mixture is formed.
Pour the mixture on the area to be applied, spread the material uniformly to required thickness using toothed rake (range of thickness is 1-4mm).The mixture must be finished in 20min.
It is the next step to remove entrance air by particular roller.
Various flooring materials can be applied on it after dry.

Treatment of base plane
Make sure that the base plane is firm, solid, clean and no any residue.
The dust and residue of base material should be clean with vacuum cleaner.
The shrinkage crack, structure crack and cracks may create cracks after construction of self leveling mortar, should reserve these cracks as the interface position.
Construction technology
The base plane should be treated with 2 layers moisture-proof coat, which should be diluted with clear water, the first lay as 1:5, and the second one as 1:3, brush it evenly on the base material, waiting for 3-4 hours.
Mixing ratio: powder: water= 25: (5.5-6).
Pour the self leveling mortar into clear water depending mixing proportion, stirring by electric for more than 2 minutes.
Pour the mixed paste on the base plane evenly, or with spray machine, and then scrape it with self leveling specific tooth drawing template.
Attentions
The moisture-proof must be coating completely, or it may cause the cavitations.
No excess water or it may decrease the compressive strength.
No strong wind and sun within 24 hours after construction.
The laying of plastic floor and carpet and other surface decoration, or construct of self leveling mortar surface should be operated 7 days after the self leveling mortar construction.
Storage period
Keep in dry condition, valid for 1 year.
