1. What is your main products?
We are specialised in producing environmental paper & plastic products which encompassed cups, bowl, popcorn, french fries cups, fried chicken box fast food container, and disposable fittings like cup lids, spoon, straw.
2. What is your MOQ?
Generally speacking,our MOQ is 30,000-50,000pcs./item. But we accept lower quantity for trial order.
Please feel free to tell us your target quantity and prices, we will calculate the cost correspondingly.

3. How to get samples?
We will provide existing samples for free after we confirm the product style, size, printing ect. But a little sample charge in case of special molded designs.
Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.
4. How long is the sample lead time?
For existing sample, it takes 1-2 days. For special custom design, it takes 4-6 days, subject to your designs whether they need new molds or new printing screen, etc.
As fast as possible to your request.
5. How long is the production lead time?
It is different and depends on the final order quantity, but generally it takes 7-10 workdays for MOQ quantity.
6. What is your shipping method?
Goods usually delivered by DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT, ARAMEX, or EMS, ect.
It canbe delivered by personal shipping certain account on your own.
Or pay freight charge in advance before delivery.

7. What format of the file do you need if I need my own custom design?
We have our own designer and it is available to provide JPG, AI,cdr or PDF form, etc.
We will draw artwork for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation according to high percision technique.
We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the pantone color code you need.
