Specification : The production line is mainly composed of Plastic Film Shredder/ Plastic Film Granulator, Friction
Washer, Sink Floating Tank, Horizontal Centrifugal Dryer, Squeezer or Squeezer & Agglomerator. The whole
production line is easy to operate, efficient and low energy consumption.

Output Type : Material will be processed by crushing, washing, dewatering, drying. The humidity of final output could be within 5-10%.

3. Friction lifter machine

1. This machine can be used to remove the heavy dust from the film by dry friction, or connect with water spraying as friction washer.
2. The bearing will be installed out of the chamber, so that the water can not go into the bearing easily, then The bearing life can be longer.
3. The bottom parts with screen mesh to take out dirty as more as possible

4. Floating washing tank
This machine is mainly used to separate and wash away the dirty from plastic PP PE scraps.

1. Length can be 6M to 10M depends on the required capacity
2. Width can be 1.4M to 1.8M depends on the required capacity
3. Can connect with Heating Bar or Hot steam to heat the water as hot washer.
4. Dirty mud/dust/ other inpurities will be discharged from the bottom
5. Can install the underwater friction machine to suit for the heavy dirty material like agricultural film.

5. Horizontal High speed friction washer/ Dewatering machine

High Speed rotating with friction, can remove paper label and other dirty from the film surface with water spraying as a friction washer.
If no water spraying then it can be used as a dewatering machine to fast remove the water by high speed rotation.
