At first,you need to buy the raw material:galvanized wire(low cabon /middle carbon steel after cold-drawing,coated with zinc)

Wire flattening machine---------wire gluing combiner---------forming machine


1.Main Process: 
The galvanized wire will be flattened into flat shape line, flattening machine is the first step in the process of production equipment

2.Wire gluing combiner:
Process: use wire jointing machine ,wire will be combined and paste the flat shape line into a whole and make a wire band .it make flattening galvanized wire through coating ,drying and straightening to make wire band .

3.Staple forming machine Process:
use the forming machine, it can produce the finished product.

 The mold including clamping pieces, knife , cushion black, punching sheet.
 The nail is cut off, and then punching sheet hits the cap of nails.

Packing & Delivery
1. Machines are wrapped in plastic film first before packing, which is to avoid moisture on the sea.
2.The machines are putted in strong iron sheet case/wooden case,which is free of fumigation, lined with metal wire if necessary.
