Brief introduction
PLA/ABS filament extrusion line consists of single screw extruder,water tank,tractor machine,measuring diameter machine,rolling up machine.Precise cooling water temperature control system, laser measuring system and efficient loading winding system etc.. The program will automatically control the diameter according to the data from the laser, which will make sure that the tolerance is less than 0.03mm.

------Leave factory testing: before leaving the factory, equipment should be tested by both parties. Test material offered by the buyer
------Installation: we will send 1-2 technicians for machine’s installation and debugging according to customer’s requirement;
------Guarantee period: Guarantee period is 12 months after getting the machine
------The supplier shall provide the service:(after paying the machine)
------the supplier to send adjustment of installation and commissioning
------the supplier direct buyer's technical personnel operating the machine
