IQF Frozen mozzarella for Pizza

IQF cheese are notable for the fact that each individual piece of cheese is frozen separately from all the others. So that for example, a bag of IQF Mozzarella Micro-Pearls doesn’t simply contain a solid block of frozen pearls, but rather, each of the individual frozen pearls is loose inside the bag. Obviously, this makes IQF foods much easier to work with. Because the food items are separate when they go in, they stay separate after they’ve been frozen and can be packed easily.
Our IQF Freezer machines use liquid nitrogen to allow us to freeze small foods that are normally very difficult to freeze very good such as 0,5 grams Mozzarella Pearls.
All our cheese are produced and few minutes later, while they are still extremely fresh they are ready to be frozen into our IQF FREEZING TUNNEL, production and freezing is all conducted in our factory.
We can offer frozen products storage (-30°C), consolidation of full refeer -18°C containers for all destinations.
