1,Introduction
Brake Fluid Exchanger is now using the world’s most popular method of autocare without removing the engine and any components, which is supplied by the powerful equipment and technology guarantee. This equipment and technology has been practiced for a wide range of fields and proved to be very effective. It is perfect throughout the working principles, choosing the spare pats and accessory parts and disposing solvents. Best effect will show with good operation skills.

Draining used fluid and refilling new fluid at the same time. Also the unit works on all ABS and non-ABS systems.

Accessory

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1.Switch off engine.
2.unscrew brake oil tank’s cover of master cylinder.
3.Add some new oil to the new tank of the machine.
4.Connecting to “in flow” joint of the machine with oil return hose (A) and the other end to insert into the brake tank.
5.Connect the power line to the power DC12V.
6.Press “Recover” to suck out used oil of the brake tank.
7.Press “Charge” to add a half pot of oil to the brake tank.
8.According to specifications of auto brake oil pot cover, choose proper special
cover (tool box) to use instead of brake tank’s cover of master cylinder.
9.Connecting to “out flow” joint of the machine with outlet oil hose (B) and the other end to the joint of brake tank cover.
10.Press “Exchange”, adjust pressure gauge to 1kg/cm2 (Note: brake tank will be easy to damage with high pressure and overflow for new oil).
11.Open the valve of “outlet oil hose (B)”
12.Attach the red head of oil return hose(A) to one of wheel cylinder , open slightly the bleed screw, the used oil is pumped from one of the wheel cylinder, while the new oil is filled from the cover of the master brake cylinder until used oil sucked away thoroughly and no air bubble appeared in the hose. Close bleed screw with a wrench and finish the first wheel.
Note: It’ll take longer time to work with first wheel but shorter time for others.
13.To operate the same process to other three wheels of vehicle in turn until new oil sucked out and no air bubble appeared in the hose.
14.After finishing operation process to four wheels, refill new brake fluid to tank of master cylinder. Remove accessory hoses and special covers. Confirm the correct amount of oil level. Check brake system in order and confirm without leakage in bleeder.
Note: Drain hose (C) used to empty the used oil of the machine.
