Article 4: Installation and debugging
Because of the special period, Party A can not provide on-site installation and commissioning services, equipment after Party A installation and commissioning, notify Party B to accept, Party B acceptance completed, the whole machine delivery. Article 5: Warranty period and service
Warranty period :12 months from delivery date
1. During the warranty period, if it belongs to the product quality problem, the supplier shall be responsible for the maintenance and supply of the repair accessories (the damaged parts such as ultrasonic and vocalizer, force majeure or damage to the equipment caused by the buyer's cause, it does not belong to the quality warranty scope). Article 6: Terms of payment
