The mechanism is engineered with raised sections which prevents scratching and stretching of the hub, while a self-locking feature makes re-connecting the steering wheel easier than ever. The unit is machined from the highest quality aerospace grade aluminum and is anodized for form and function. Mechanism locks into place for easy steering wheel removal and re-installation
