Injection molding conditions

Mold and other matters needing attention
1,Because PEEK‘s high viscosity, nozzle, sprue,runner should take a larger value, to reduce the flow of pressure drop.
2,Mold and equipment shall not have sharp edges, grooves, each corner smooth transition.
3,Mold design must have good exhaust system..
4,Product design should avoid sharp corners, with circular arc transition.
5,Mold design and manufacture must be sufficiently efficient heating system and heat insulation system, to ensure that the mold temperature can be heated to 160 ℃.
