Thelight transmissionperformance is excellent and the transmittance of the transparent PC panel has reached 88%. Besides, it will not yellow or atomize when exposed to sun.
The impact strength of the impact resistant PC Solid Sheets is 250-300 times higher than common glass and 20-30 times higher than Acrylic Panel, so it has the laudatory title of “Unbreakable Glass”. Its impact resistance is good and weather-proof as well as flame-retardant.
PC Solid Sheets keep every physical performance index stable within the scope of -40°C——+120°C. Its flame retardant rating is B1 with 630°C autoignition temperature and spontaneous combustion from the fire. What’s more, it’s light and easy for installing.
The weight of PC Solid Sheets is half of the glass with same thickness. It can not only be cold bent but also hot bent. Besides, it can be processed into various models. The drill hole also can be cut off to construct according to require. Those panels have UV protection as well.
The surface of PC Solid Sheets is covered with UV layer and is processed by the high-tech UV Protection technology, which ensures the product stability for the ultraviolet radiation and prevents the panels from aging and fading, thus the life cycle of the products can reach more than 10 years.
