Use
Mainly used in the food and beverage industry as a sour agent, acidity regulator, flavoring agent and preservative, preservative. Also used as an antioxidant, plasticizer, detergent in the chemical industry, cosmetics industry and washing industry
Application Areas
1). Used in the food industry;
