Gasification System
1. Feature of the draft-down fixed bed type gasifier is the same moving direction of gas andbiomass material. The pyrolysis products must go through the hot oxidation layer, and the tar in volatile can be full pyrolysis, so the tar content is low.

2. The dried bulk fuel (moisture≦20%) and the mixture with small crude particle is suitable material. Easy and reliable operation.

The syngas from the gasifier can be used a) in internal combustion engines, b) for direct heat applications. However in order for the gas to be used for any of the above applications, it should be cleaned
of tar and dust and be cooled.
To meet the requirement of the genset, the purification system will reduce dust≦50mg/m3, tar≦25mg/m3, temperature≦40°C before syngas come into genset.

the gas from biomass and MSW is syn-gas, the components of the syn-gas is special, the impurity content is too much, so Haiqi company adopts large cylinder, lower rotate speed internal combustion engine, generate electricity stably.

Packing Delivery
